Ajax Superior ReX G3 Jeweller

Superior ReX G3 is a Grade 3 range extender built to expand the radio coverage of both Superior Jeweller and TurboWings devices across larger commercial sites. It is designed for buildings where steelwork, thick walls, or distance would normally limit radio performance. By relaying alarms, events, and photo verification data, it keeps the system responsive even on sites with complex layouts.

Four frequency bands with a wireless range up to 3,500 metres in open space. It works with both Superior Jeweller devices and TurboWings devices, and includes connectors for external antennas if you need to increase radio strength further. ReX G3 also supports Ethernet with an 8P8C port up to 100 Mbps, which helps when you want photo verification to move across the network rather than radio.

ReX G3 handles alarm delivery in about 0.3 seconds. Photo delivery speed varies depending on whether TurboWings or Ethernet is used, but the unit maintains the whole path so the hub receives data without delays.

Installation is straightforward. The power supply and communicators are built in, and pairing is done via QR code. Setup and testing happen in the Ajax app. Because the unit uses hot swappable backup batteries, you can replace or service them without powering the extender down. It operates for 16 to 60 hours on internal batteries depending on the model used.

The SmartBracket mounting system means you can install or service ReX G3 without opening the enclosure. Instant maintenance notifications help when you are monitoring sites remotely. The housing is available in black or white with an IP20 rating.
