Ajax TurretCam HLVF
TurretCam HLVF is a motorised varifocal turret camera designed for commercial installs where you want flexible coverage, strong night performance, and simple integration with Ajax or third party systems. It is available in 5 megapixel and 8 megapixel versions and uses a 2.8 to 12 millimetre autofocus lens. You can adjust from a wide overview to tight identification without touching the device, which keeps installs quick and tidy.
Hybrid illumination gives you colour recording at night. Infrared reaches up to 60 metres and white light reaches up to 40 metres, providing visibility and a clear deterrent effect as soon as movement is detected. True WDR helps maintain detail in difficult lighting conditions.
The onboard AI identifies people, vehicles, and pets, and ties into Ajax scenarios for alarm verification or automation. A built in microphone with noise suppression supports audio capture when needed.
JetSparrow streaming keeps the camera responsive. You get smooth live video, quick archive navigation, dual streams for bandwidth control, and simple clip export. The camera can be used with Ajax NVRs or added to third party VMS and NVRs via ONVIF or RTSP.
Security features include passwordless mutual TLS authentication, TLS encrypted streams, secure clip export with digital signature verification, and multi layer account protection. The hardware is NDAA compliant.
Installation is straightforward. Add the camera to an Ajax system with a QR code or integrate it with existing setups using ONVIF or RTSP. Alarm and audio input and output ports are built in. Configuration, motion zones, and health checks are all managed in the Ajax apps.
