Ajax Superior Hub G3 Jeweller

Superior Hub G3 is the core of Ajax’s wireless Grade 3 platform, giving you a single control panel that handles fire, intrusion, automation, and video over secure long range communication. It connects to Ajax devices using Superior Jeweller and TurboWings, and supports Ethernet, Wi Fi, plus two SIM cards for 2G or LTE. If one channel drops, it switches automatically, which keeps monitoring stable on higher risk sites.

The communication range reaches up to 3,500 metres in open space on Superior Jeweller and up to 11,450 feet on TurboWings. The hub handles enhanced photo verification with delivery speeds up to 4.5 seconds when devices run on TurboWings. It also supports up to 36 Ajax NVRs and up to 492 Ajax cameras using ONVIF or the Ajax protocol, so you can build integrated video setups without needing separate systems.

You can run up to 250 devices, 200 users, 25 security groups, and 64 automation scenarios. For larger layouts, you can add up to five range extenders. Everything is managed through the Ajax apps, whether you are commissioning the system or the client is using it day to day.

The hub is designed for straightforward installation with all communicators and power built in. On power failure you can use hot swappable internal backup batteries to keep the system running for 16 to 60 hours depending on the mode. Sabotage protection has been independently tested to Grade 3 standards, and the enclosure is rated IK06.
