Superior DoubleButton G3 is a wireless hold up device built for higher risk sites where you need a dependable way for staff to silently call for help. The dual button design removes accidental presses, because both buttons must be held at the same time. You can also set it to require alarm confirmation before it triggers, so you avoid false dispatches while still giving people a quick way to raise an alarm when it counts.

It runs on Superior Jeweller, giving you secure, encrypted communication with regular polling, device authentication, and frequency hopping to cut through interference. On open sites the range reaches up to 1,500 metres. The IP55 enclosure means you can use it indoors or outdoors without worrying about dust or spray.

You have options for how you carry or mount it. You can clip it to a wrist strap, neck strap, keyring, or fix it to a surface using the Holder Fastener. It pairs to the system by scanning a QR code on the back and you can configure everything remotely in the app.

The battery is pre installed and lasts up to six years. That keeps maintenance simple on sites with large numbers of panic devices.
