Ajax BulletCam HLVF

BulletCam HLVF is a motorised varifocal bullet camera built for straightforward commercial installs where you want clear footage, colour at night, and easy integration with Ajax or third party systems. It comes in 5 megapixel and 8 megapixel versions and uses a 2.8 to 12 millimetre lens with autofocus, so you can switch between wide coverage and zoomed in detail without touching the device.

Hybrid illumination allows the camera to record in colour even in low light. Infrared reaches up to 60 metres, and white light reaches up to 40 metres, giving you visibility and a deterrent effect when movement is detected. True WDR keeps scenes balanced in difficult lighting conditions.

The onboard AI engine recognises people, vehicles, and pets, and supports visual verification inside Ajax scenarios. A built in microphone with noise suppression helps when you need audio on playback. The camera also synchronises with security system modes and can trigger sirens or automation devices when set up through Ajax.

JetSparrow, Ajax’s video transport technology, keeps streaming smooth and playback responsive. You get instant access to live view, dual streams for bandwidth control, and quick clip export for incidents.

Security features include passwordless mutual TLS authentication, TLS encrypted streams, multi tier account protection, and secure exports with digital signature verification. Components are NDAA compliant.

Installation is simple. You can add the camera to an Ajax system with a QR code or use ONVIF or RTSP to tie it into third party VMS and NVRs. It has alarm and audio inputs and outputs for integration work, and configuration plus system health monitoring run through the Ajax apps.
